there is a film scanner in apug lately. $100 shipped anywhere in the us.. it’s used canonscan 9000f which can scan small to mediumformat.

Another good film scanner is the Canoscan 8800F. I just purchased it to replace my Epson V500. The V500 had better software but I am using Silver fast so it does not matter that much. So far it seems great.
