UK Photographers 6 days, 23 hours agoAdox CHS 25 or the same Efke 25 can be shot when developing in Beutler at iso 32. It’s an Orthopan film and a single layer type which is a problem for a larger over-exposure.

35mm 2 weeks, 1 day agoI was GIVEN a Minox 35 GT camera but it had the discontinued PX27 5.6 V MERCURY batteries – all dead — but I found a supplier caled ‘Brewsters’ in England and got a replacement PX27 6 v Alkalie battery which worked !! I went on a 5-day ’Bargain Price’Coach trip to Whitby in Yorkshire — it Snowed, Rained, Gales and no electricity in Hotel from 0530 – 1400hrs so NOT hot water to shave and no hot breakfast BUT I got a good shot with my 2002 Hasselblad on 1993 outdated ORWO NP22 film and won a prize at Brentwood Photo-Club for a 16×12” printy on Ilford Multigrade !-

35mm 1 month, 2 weeks agoOne of the great things about Kodak Portra 800 is its very wide exposure latitude. You can expose it at 1600 ISO and have it developed normally without the need for push processing. Brilliant!

But I expect that C41 and B&W will be around for a long time. -

35mm 2 months agoIt’s not the complete end, they’ve just ended Elite Chrome and Elite Chrome Extra. E100G and E100VS have only just been launched and are still in production at this time.
