I am in the process of building another darkroom having moved house in April 2010. Shoot more film than digital for personal stuff.
Enjoy red wine, the odd (ie: too expensive) cuban cigar. Like a decent brewed coffee and film photography, although nearly all of my commissioned work is digital based. Something I would love to change.
